Shipping Time - We allow you to select what type of shipping you want at checkout. All shipping is through USPS.
Time Sensitive Orders- If you need an item by a certain date, please specify what date you need the item by in the shipping notes so we ensure you receive your item in time. If we are unable to fulfill your request by the date specified I will contact you within 30 minutes to 1 hour of your purchase and refund your money immediately.

Damages - Passport Confessional is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
