The Simple Overview

New With Tag Items -Customers have 7 days to return any new with tag items that have not been worn and still have the tags attached. Please Email Amanda@Passportconfessional.com to submit your return. See below for instructions on shipping return items

Upcycled items - All Upcycled or gently pre-owned items are final sale and can not be returned.

Digital Downloads - All printable and digital downloads are final sale and can not be returned. If you have any issues with installation or opening digital files please contact Amanda@PassportConfessional.com

Custom Orders - All custom, personalized, or special ordered items are final sale and can not be returned. This includes graphic T-shirts and items requested that are not regularly available in our listings.

I will try to find them for you, but I can't know to look for them if you don't ask! Passport Confessional is a small one woman ran business. There is no huge company or corporate overhead; therefore I can offer a much more personalized and custom tailored experience to each individual.

The Legal and More Wordy Policy

Damages
Passport Confessional is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have the tags still attached.

How to return your product

  • Email me at Amanda@PassportConfessional.com so I can know to anticipate the items return. 
  • Mail your product to: 4940 20th Street Ct. Ne, Hickory NC 28601, United States
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once I receive the returned item(s).
  • Your money will be returned to your original payment method within 12 hours of me receiving the returned item.
  • The amount of time for your money to show up in your account will depend on your payment method. Please check your method of payments policy on refunded payments to know when to expect your money to be available in your account.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Non-returnable items

- Digital Downloadable products
- All Upcycled Listed Items
- Some health and personal care items
- Custom Orders- Custom T-Shirt Orders- Specialty Orders Digital Downloads - All printable and digital downloads are final sale and can not be returned. We are not responsible for issues that arrive with your printing method (if you have a printed that doesn't work properly). Custom Orders - All custom, personalized, or special ordered items are final sale and can not be returned. This includes graphic T-shirts and items requested that are not regularly available in our listings.

We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days stated by the companies policies of your method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Check their timeline for return payments.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items under $20 (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at Amanda@passportconfessional.com and send your item to: 4940 20th Street Ct. Ne, Hickory NC 28601, United States.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed, emailed, or applied to your online account.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
